I got this from our trainer yesterday. I know I could have just saved the photo but I took a screenshot instead. Rooster was the trainers elderly (almost 14) GSD that she lost a couple weeks ago. I said that must be sort of bitter sweet for her but she said it was actually sort of comforting to know that he sort of presented himself to comfort and guide her. He was the rock of the training community and had pretty much every title he could get in AKC and UKC.

AJ has a play habit of backing away from me to the end of his lead. If I move towards him he backs up until the lead is taut again. I think he must have been a roping Quarter Horse in a prior life and thinks I'm a calf.

Since Rubie and I hunted Rats yesterday, Moo and I went for a 6 mile hike with some Gal Pals and THEN he got to hang out at a brewery with us. Spoiled.
