Thank you, we are really glad we have reached a point where his issues are manageable. The bandana is covering a patchy spot on the back of his neck that we haven't been able to figure out. No sores, just an area where some hair has fallen out. His acne on his chin is getting better thanks to a recommendation from other members experiencing the same thing. We really feel like his problems are caused by something environmental. We keep him out of the grass most of the time which seems to help. On the down side he has developed some calluses from laying on hard surfaces.

Do you have old towels or maybe even a chair cushion you can throw down for him to lay on? Or even a dog bed. I do that for Buddy even on our wood deck.

Yes, I would encourage him to lay on a raised bed/comfy bed/large pillow.
It might be worth investing in some elbow butter. @AresMyDobie, I know you’ve used elbow butter on Ares. Any brand suggestions?
