I leave the ears now breathe for 2 days and back to the post

Of course I have not seen if they do in a week because to scared lol
Should I keep posting ?

I would keep posting until he's done teething, at least. We only ever let the ears out for enough time clean and dry them between postings and then put them right back up. I know different people do it different ways but that worked for us. Good looking pup!

Welcome from Minnesota! :welcome:

Cute guy you have there and the ears are off to a good start. I agree to keep posting them since this is about the age people get fooled into thinking they're done and teething often makes them flop so you lose a lot of progress. You can definitely lose the center brace at this point so they don't want to start pulling in on you.

Welcome! Handsome boy!

I agree that posting needs to continue at least until teething is complete, which could be around 7 months.

I like the job you have done there with the postings.

Thank you so much glad to hear that I really never let people make me feel I was done
People would say stop it’s been a while I m like I don’t enjoy doing it I have to do it I m glad of the results when I take the tampons off for a day

Hi everybody I just brought Roman to the vet today and he weights 45.5 lb and he’s 5 months old
He has really big paws and he was the biggest in the litter
To me he still looks small maybe paranoid but I have read a lot of dobies at this age weight around 50 or more
He looks great but worried he won’t get big even tho he’s only 5 months
Thoughts ?
Also i m new here I donT know how to start a new convo not from an old post sorry

I posted Rex until 6 months. He was the same way with he ears being straight, they never fell.
I highly considered stopping at 4 months, but I kept posting just in case! In the end, it was completely worth it.
I never had to panic about him sleeping on the them folded because I knew they were good.
Posting is a big pain, but you’ll be glad you stuck through it, no matter how long. It may seem like a long time, but remember it’s for the life of the dog. I look at Rex’s ears everyday and so thankful I stuck with it for as long as a did. They’re exactly how I wanted them.
