I don't have a breeding female but what is the health testing on this dog and his lineage? What titles does he have?

I am not showing interest since like I said, I don't have a breeding female. I am asking as the owner of this board that you provide more info here so any other members can easily see it at a glance instead of having to look it up.

This Sire?
And

Impressive!

BTW @Briska's Welcome and thanks for posting.

I'm the local newbie but intensely curious;
Full disclosure-I'm not yet in the market, and would only be looking in US, and probly not this "strong" but
REALLY appreciate the conversation
and any insight you might share from Sweden on the breed.

I'm just getting used to reading pedigrees and wonder which database you find most useful?

Lots going on over in the Nordic breeders, maybe leading the way on health testing, and outcrosses.

Have you heard about the FKC just announced outcross project?
Whats your thoughts?

What are your goals in developing your line?

Like most breeders esp the working side I imagine you are busy so thanks in advance for any insight you can share!

I was more questioning it since it's a new member coming in advertising his stud without even and introduction post.
The main idea is to keep members here without having to go to another site to find the info that could be here.

CORRECT! Sorry, haven't been on here in a bit! @BGpa it's doberbase.ru
Sorry @JanS did we ever get an introduction post from this person? Just looked; they were only on that day 🤷‍♀️

It looks like the dot RU pedigree site under Pedigree rather than Heredity Correct me if I'm wrong @Two Dobes!
Thanks @Ravenbird and @Two Dobes

Any thoughts on the Dam?

@Jan Looking like a driveby, which I have seen elsewhere, which is too bad.

I'd be more interested in any breeder that displays more professional business behavior.
Is that too high a standard?

Might even have some useful knowledge but no reply and no way to research the program independently makes it a less interesting candidate. For me, anyway...

Anyone can point to any dog on a public pedigree site and claim to be the breeder.
And scraping photos off internet to attempt to create credibility is a common tactic.

With no way to check on breeder, and no reply, this fits some cautionary stories I've read elsewhere.

Sorry about that @Briska's
Not saying you ARE a bad actor.
I'm just an old fart scandihoovian from the upper midwest.

"Skenet bedrar" applies
And
"Man får aldrig en andra chans att göra ett första intryck."

Amiright?

Caveat Emptor.

That and we don't allow breeder advertising on this site. Members can add a presentation of a dog with all of the info like a pedigree, health testing and photos and say whether or not the dog is available for breeding but to flat out advertise is not allowed.

Gotcha.
Thats a highly useful clarification.

"The dog mentioned has to be owned by a member, and from there the breeder's dog availability status can be updated, is that correct?

I do greatly appreciate the existing members who are current and past breeders, and take the time to answer questions, at their discretion in a busy life.

I was hoping this swedish breeder could give some insight, as the italian fellow awhile back was willing to share from the working side:

@dobschroeder who answered some pedigree and other EU useful context.

I named a couple times in a comment on something he might have more insight on in Europe hoping he might be checking in but no reply.

Oh well!

We very much welcome that.
This is in the rules in the breeders section. "Help finding reputable breeders that health test and title while sharing personal experiences. This is not the place to self - promote your own breeding program unless approved."
