Sorry, I don't believe that at all. I've never been IN this kind of situation, but everything I've heard, read, heard others experience, etc., etc., over my many years of dog ownership has me believing this is not true at all.

Those stressful days are long gone for me now. I have one awesome Dobie "Rocky" and I'm really still trying to figure him out. Hope everyone's not all stirred over me being honest based on what I've seen frI'm my previous buddies. Does anyone know the average weight on a 13 week old Dobie? And can anyone see if Rocky's an American or European Dobie? The picture was Rocky at 7 weeks old. TY!

Awww, he's adorable! I'm no expert but he looks American to me. You can get lots of examples of ages versus weights in this thread. You can start posting too.
