Hopefully in April or June (depending on which breeder/litter), I'll be bringing home a new member of our household. Just to make the transportation part easier, I'd prefer to not bring the adult-size crate in the car with me, but instead, use a smaller one just for the trip home (6-8 hour drive, not including potty stops).
What size wire crate would you need for a 10-12 weeks old puppy with cropped ears? Or do you think a car harness/seat belt attachment would be sufficient?
