I have a question. Why the two e collars ?

It is a double box collar on an O-ring bungee collar. The dogs neck and head will swell during protection so starting with the collar slightly snug. The two boxes guarantee contact when the dog is actively moving around without having to choke the collar down, knowing he will be getting swelled during work.
