We haven't had enough snow to create shadows, but I do have a doberboy that likes to be my daughter's shadow.

LOL I was wondering about that, even though shadows probably do show better in the bright snow.

We've been doing the same. Pretty cold and snowy here lately so each night we've been going to PetSmart and picking up a different stuffed toy for him to destroy. They cost us about $1 per minute. A $5 toy lasts 5 minutes, $10 ten minutes

I buy stuffed animals at thrift stores, so much cheaper! They usually knock off even more $$ if I'm buying a bunch. They average 50-75 cents each for the 12-15" size. (I get the "aged 2 and under.")
