I haven't looked too deep into it but I know it will give you some matchmaker predictions like COI. Elroy had a comparison done with a Euro female and that pairing would significantly drop the COI for their pups.
Somehow that doesn't surprise me with him. :spit:
I just pulled one off Olive but it was just walking around on her so no harm done. Hubby walked over to our property across the road a while ago and said he pulled about 10 of them off in that short amount of time.
I don't blame you there. I like their leather braided collars since they're pretty flexible and they have a site wide sale with everything 25% off that just started today through July 6.
Elroy has a big neck compared to our other Dobermans too and when I do get one they don't seem to sit right. Pro-Moh's has a nice selection of collars for bigger necks. Collars
Hubby has a friend who lives way up north in AK. He's a trapper so he has miles and miles of trap lines near the Arctic Circle. I don't know if you've ever seen the Mountain Men series on the History Channel but he's the one from Alaska in the show.
It very well could be but if you restrict yourself to just your area, you could be missing out on a lot of good breeders, depending on what you are looking for. I have never gotten a Doberman from this state, except our first one and that turned out to be a big time BYBer. As of now there is at...
I'm amazed how many it picks up here that we just never see. We do live in a heavily wooded area so we really don't see them unless they come to the feeder. The other day it picked up a cardinal, cedar waxwing and veeries but we never see them.
We used to have one called rescue race where one rider would circle around you full speed and you would grab the horn and swing up onto the back of the horse, in motion. The neighbor and I used to do really well with it but of course I was in my early 20's then too.
I'm sorry you were in the path of his little tirade. You've done everything right and he would have picked anyone else on any given day.
At any rate, he's gone now so feel free to continue asking any questions or contribute to the different conversations.
That is definitely where we draw the line. We want new or old members to feel free to ask questions without being chastised or insulted. No question is a stupid question if you don't know the answer.
I think I heard the reason for that quite some time ago but I can't remember what they said.
Phoebe had staples after her exploratory surgery and the removal was easy but that was a whole different case.
