I bet they're like: Mama, things look different!Well I missed my opportunity. I wanted to bring Annie out back when the farmers were harvesting the corn. But Sunday my husband and I were chipping wood and they may have done it then. Because later in the day I looked out and realized it was gone! We didn't hear a thing, of course. Oh well, There's always next year.

Is that a little late for down there? Hubby just got back from SD on a pheasant hunt and said nothing was harvested yet since they were way behind.later in the day I looked out and realized it was gone!

Yep, running late-Lotta rain this year further north. ND Farmers are having to dry corn and the seed oils fields are too muddy yet to get in and harvest. Is that a little late for down there? Elroy always brings me his prized possessions and gives them to me. He put them in my lap but I set them down by my feet.

That field behind us is always one of the last ones to be harvested. I don't know why. I just always noticed that. The one out front was done a while back and I've seen a lot of other ones done also. We did get that 2 inches of rain before they harvested also. And I know there's a wet/low spot that always needs to dry out before they harvest too.Is that a little late for down there

Then tonight we went with my niece to a trunk or treat event that my younger brother’s car club was hosting. Remy did super good there and met a few kids. He loved one girl in particular (probably around 8 years old) and she pet him for about 5 minutes while he rested his head in her hands. She asked if he was a chihuahua
