I have been posting Falcon's ears every 3 days. So Friday morning they were new, and I was going to redo on Monday morning. Sunday night, I let him out around 10pm for last potty, I heard my husband let him out around 2:30am and I got him up at 6 am to go out. At 6, his one ear post was gone. I thought it might be in the crate, so gave a quick sweep of it with my hands, didn't feel it, so went back to bed. I asked my husband if he had the post in at 2:30 - he said NO! 
So I flew out of bed, and got him out of the crate; emptied the crate and shook out the blankie's....NO POST. I looked around the crate, looked all around the house, once it got light, looked around the yard....no post.
My husband thought he ate it, and I said NOWAY would he eat that whole thing. There was not a shred of tape, foam NOTHING in or around the crate.
I was certain that it flew off 'somewhere'.....but as a precaution; I only gave him sloopy canned food yesterday with coconut oil in it.....(hoping to move things out). He had normal poops yesterday, and last night, and this morning....and (sounds gross) but I went through the poop with a screw driver to see what if anything was in it. By this am, I was convinced that he had not eaten that post....until just now. He had a big poop, shaped like an ear post
so I went through it, and it was ALL Zonas tape...but no post. It was raveled around like ribbon...but that was it. No duct tape, no foam. UGH. Praying that the rest was chewed up, but have not seen anything else!!!
Years back, Glory ate part of an old couch we have...I am sure I posted this at some point; but always love to revisit my horrors! I was not home, and my husband was mowing the yard....said "She didn't want to go in her crate"
. So in an hour, she ate leather and foam. I had given her sloopy food with coconut oil, and she passed it all.
Anyone have other ideas??

Saying a few prayers 
for Falcon not only for everything to come out okay but for that to never happen again! 
Praying the duct tape and foam disintegrated to be unrecognizable, but I don't see how the duct tape could do that. Acting his normal happy self, so that is the best news 
so you couldn't miss THAT!
Wants to eat things they aren’t supposed to?

. He definetley threw it up over night. My husband said 'He came out of the crate with it; but his ears were still posted?" So very relieved it came up.
