Help! Ear falling, is there still hope?

My puppy is now 7 months and I quit posting November 7th. She turned 7 months a couple days ago, however I thought she was older and somehow had her age wrong so I thought it was time to quit posting after she got spayed and she was 6 months I thought. Her ears were fine and straight up until now but recently the one ear has started bending down and feels weaker, but when she’s super super alert they go completely up. Is there still hope if I start posting it again or even use breathe right strips? I’m so frustrated and feel like it won’t be like the other now because of her age. Help! Attached is a pic of what happens.

When did she finish teething? Do you know about teething causing ears to flop?

She doesn’t really chew anything so I’d say she has been threw it for atleast a month or two, and has all her adult teeth... should I try the breathe right strips or completely post it with tape? What do you recommend?
