Jasper's VoyagersK9 Winter Coat

I got Jaspers Etsy jacket in. We put it through its paces at the park and I am happy to say we had zero issues. Even when Jasper was running at full speed no sliding. Fits well and actually has two straps. One that goes under the widest part of his chest, and one that goes behind his ribs. Both straps are on opposite sides so they pull evenly. Well see how it holds up the remainder of the season and Ill post a review.

His measurements fit into the large category so I didn’t need it custom made. They have you put all the measurements in your order to make sure it will work. Im hoping to get two seasons out of it just based off his growth. After that if its still in good shape ill give it to someone on the forum who can use it.

It looks great!! He had no issues going potty in it? I know some dogs feel like there's something "on" them and won't go.

I'm not sure what Buddy would think about that high collar. Does Jasper feel constrained?

Well he did pee and poops when wearing it without an issue. But he really didn’t care it was on him. The fabric around the neck is loose and roomy. He never acted like it bothered him. Luckily. Because it was kind of pricey.

The coat looks nice and warm! I like the neck warmer too. Many coats and jackets don’t account for long necks!

So far this Jacket has been holding up wonderfully. I agree on the long neck park. This vendor also makes high socks for dogs that look like they would stay on better than the Ruffware booties I tried before. Now he just needs ear muffs!

I saw these coats before and was intrigued due to their design. I did read some reviews that the coat isn't very warm though, I heard it's fairly thin? How warm is it from your experience?

I put the jacket on when it is below 35ish or windy. We have had no issues given the temps here in Rhode island so far. In fact, one day when we got home to take the jacket off his chest was warm and sweaty.

He was fine when it was about 17f but we weren't out long because I couldn't handle it haha. I do worry about his ears.
