Dobermans on tv

Aired this morning, eh? Cool. I remember that episode now that you mention it. It was a flashback to Doug's early days. The day Carrie and a friend came over to that apartment and they met for the first time?

That’s the one. They generally show episodes in the morning on terrestrial TV. We all really enjoy the show :)

Watching TV this evening with my wife I was very surprised to see a commercial that had two Dobermans (cropped) flanking a woman. After the shot remained on these three for a few seconds I was compelled to unmute the TV. Not sure what the premise of the commercial was, but it is for Steinmart.

Seems to me Dobermans are slowly increasing in popularity, at least in advertising and entertainment. Look out now.

@Gelcoater did you see the music video that Asti is in? I'll have to see if I can find it again so I can post it.

Edit: I found it. You don't start seeing her until about the 54 second mark and there is some language in it for those of you looking from work or if you're offended by it.

Hmm.

Are you sure that’s her? Her rust tones are a little muted vs that dog in the video? Unless they enhanced the colors?
And yeah, the language:D

That's what April said when she posted it so I'm sure you're right about them enhancing the colors.

 I can still remember when NO swearing was allowed in a song. Now its a free for all.

I remember when they wouldn't even play the lyrics to Brown Eyed Girl! (Making love in the green grass, behind the stadium, with you, my brown eyed girl.) Stupid, compared to nowadays! :timebomb:

:sign1:
:ban?:

No doubt it's a gradual slide – one that has gotten far steeper in the past few years. I think I talked about this on here somewhere. Sure, they're only words and are not "hurting anyone," but it's about societal standards.

Lol.
The Doors.
From the song Break on through

Everybody loves my baby
Everybody loves my baby

She gets high
She gets high
Yeah.

The word high was edited on radio for years, decades.
