DPCA Nationals 2014

Is anyone thinking about going to this?
It is October 4th-11th (dates may change, that seems to be the only dates I can find)

It will be in Topeka, KS so I nice hub for everyone.
Aria, and Berlin will be showing in the Futurity class, and Raven will be showing as a special.

I'm pretty sure I am going to take that entire week off if not most of it.
I know it is far out but if anyone was thinking about it, I though we could post here so we could do another get together like in Colorado earlier this year.

I live very close to Topeka, so I could offer two people to stay here. (One would have to sleep on the couch in the basement, but its an awesome couch)

I'd like to since it is a nice central location and I know I won't be able to swing the UDC nationals this year being all the way out in CA. I don't know the schedule for next year yet (Hubby has a couple trips planned too), but if one of them is during this time I most likely won't be able to. Otherwise "hell yes"... ;)

Here is some new info on it.

I know the Regional has the same judge Raven got his last major under. Definitely going to be entering him as a special.

If anyone is thinking about going I do have plenty of rooms in my house.
I am about an hour and a half away from Topeka. Very easy drive from my house. Should be going almost every day.
It would be really nice if Berlin would finish by then, but who knows.

You know I will be there! I'm excited for this. It seems so far away. Hoping Aria will be close to being finished by then.

It would be great to see everyone! I would offer my house too (I'm 5 miles from Matt), but all of my spare rooms are taken up with Euro Dog Designs stock and storage :(

I 'm definately taking the whole week off to submerge myself in all things Doberman

I will say this.... Our barbecue will blow your minds. There definitely will not be a shortage of any good food.
If anyone wants a list of hotel dog friendly places in Kansas City or Topeka I would be happy to find some.

You guys will also be pleasantly surprised when you get to try some Boulevard beer, specifically Tank 7.

Well this should seal the deal then.
You know you want to!!!!
LOL, I know I want to too, but I'm not sure if I can justify both trips yet when I'm back to my normal vacation schedule of 4 weeks this year (I had to burn 8 last year), and the airfare is really high this year. I've been watching prices and it's sticking at $650 for my flight to Louisville. Let me check prices to KC....
Oh wait, this is way better than the other one, even though the other one is one I won't miss. Darn you guys... LOL

I looked briefly into flights from Bangor to Kansas City this morning and was scared. Boston would probably be better to connect from.
