What’s your dogs call sign?

Everyone puts so much thought into their dogs name, but lets be honest it rarely gets used. List your pups callsigns and how you got there.

Axel goes by Boz (pronounced bose, short for Bozo) most of the time. I think that one is pretty self-explanatory.

Other alternate versions get thrown around:
Bozy
Bozer
BozTheO
Bozaroni

Olive has become Ollie and Itty girl.
Elroy is Binky or Little man.
Phoebe used to be Bee or Small dog.
Albert was Bud, Bubba or Boy dog.
Della was Deli or Baby girl.

No explanations for any of them, just where my mind takes me. :D

For whatever reason the name Remy just came to mind and then I couldn’t picture anything else. So that’s what I stuck with!

Everyone seems to have a nickname for him: Rem, Remy Dog, Remy Boy, etc… Although now that he’s a bratty teenager he may start to think his name is Jerk 😝.

Oh my... youngest to oldest (or past) I'll only name a few. I've always tried to use a call name that was a play off the Registered name.

Allura (Providence's Power Of Attraction) aka Allie (she thought her name was either no, ett-ett or leave it)

Diva (Buckeye's Simply Irresistible)

Joker (Panama's Wild Card), occasionally my husband calls him Joe-Joe and occasionally I call him Tater-head

Bart (Panama's Dark Knight) Bartman, but since we got Allura, he's now Uncle Bart

Echo (Silverhawk's Whisper In The Wind) The name Echo just fit. After she had puppies, I did call her Big Momma. My husband called her Cocoa.

Hawk (Crestline's High Plains Drifter) was occasionally Bozo or Meathead

That has been a name for Asha especially her first year. She never had a puppy phase, she was always a big hard dog in a small young body. So I said she wasn't a puppy, just a baby dog.
Sort of the same here. I loved her like a puppy but she didn't do "puppy" even when tiny. Now baby dog still suits her because she can be "soft". Boy that first year was full of spice!
