Congrats! She’s a beauty, and sounds like a good girl!
I’ve had a half dobie half lab mix before but am currently waiting on my first purebred dobie to enter the world in September. I felt your anticipation as you waited to bring her home, currently in your shoes right now. lol
Bella is now reaching 6 months. Well on 4th September.
How long should her walks be?
I've been taking her to the park for about 30mins during the day and about 1 hour evening. Just walking, letting her sniff. The odd chasing the tennis ball.
No forced runs or walks.
I am not sure it's too much for her bones but if it's not in the park, she will be runjing around, jumping in etc at home herself in the Garden or in the front room.
No signs of any limping.
But she does rest and sleep well.
What you're doing sounds fine as long as it's soft surface like that. I let our dogs free play when they were pups and they didn't over do it when it's not forced.
I agree, sounds like she’s getting adequate exercise for her age. A good rule of thumb is a ratio of five minutes exercise per month of age (up to twice a day) until she is fully grown.
I feed her Eden. Recommended by @Viemarangelrock and it's superb. She is regular and loves it. You need a much smaller amount and Bella likes it so much we can use it as treats
