Random Pet Photo of the Day - 2026

When you're 10.5 but still a badass adventure puppy!

Stairs are not an issue for Rubie but these are grates which I did not know when I planned this hike. And yes, my 150lb self also carried 60lb Rubie back UP. Four flights.

Moose didn't seem to have any concerns with them but all I could picture was broken nails. I'll have true photo dump when we get home and settled 😁

Remy had a great weekend showing! He was Best of Winners all 3 days, earning 3 more points towards his AKC championship! On Friday he also won Best of Breed Owner-Handled, so we showed in the OH group for the first time.

Warming up before ring time.

Yesterday I thought maybe I could gather all my small dog items to put together in one bin to store away. Just so I can have everything in one place. I absolutely could not do it a month ago. But I thought maybe now I could get this done. I had to swallow emotions so much that I thought I was going to throw up. And then I lost it. So I gave up. Came back to it sometime later, but had to give up again. By the third time I got it done. Not without pain and tears but it's done.

And while I was doing that I came upon this raincoat! I had forgotten about it. So much so that I don't remember if I bought it or if I got it at a garage sale.

She was not impressed. 😂 I don't know if I'll ever use it since we don't usually walk in the rain. But it might come in handy one day! 😉

I just had her step outside to show her that she wasn't going to get wet. I don't think she cared LOL

That's so hard but it's a step forward now that you got it done and the stuff is still there, but organized and in one place. I still need to do that with Howard's stuff and he's already been gone a year. I gave the food and some toys to a friend from the dog club but the everyday things like dishes are still sitting there.

LOL I bought a Hurtta raincoat for Della and she said "what are you thinking?" so I think the guy with her litter mate wound up with it for one of his other Dobermans.

Another day in the life.

Ask for the podium to be removed and free stack him on the ground then stand beside him as if you had hand stacked! He's a big boy substantially so removing the podium will help the camera not add 5lbs lol.
