Random Pet Photo of the Day - 2026

[Ravenbird]

Remy had fun exploring a new spot today!

You guys are living the life!

[Katyusharocket]

We had fun meeting up with Sullie, Marty, Ace, and Dutchess yesterday. One couple said they were researching dog breeds and hadn't considered the Doberman but they sure are now!

This made me think there needs to be a reference word for a bunch of Dobermans. You know, like a murder of crows, a gaggle of geese...

I think so too! But I don’t know what the best word would be...

Best I have is "collection" or "collective" because of their early work in taxes.

More snow a foot this time. Pepper just loves it so much! I wish we could stay in it longer, but I worry about her getting too cold. So 50 small walks today it is

[remy]

We are showing this weekend and again the following week. I feel tired already! First 3 days in AKC, then 3 days of UKC. After that no more shows until the end of April.

A SWARM OF DOBERMANS!

Holy cow, I'm tired after 2 days of a show so I can't imagine 6.

Love Pepper in the snow all bundled up! And Remy looks great....
@JanS Your note about Elroy standing with his pig in your face, tail wagging wildly; that was our Clarke....he would stand with a toy over me in the bed just as it was getting light out, shaking the bed with his whole body wiggling ~

Same here. Thankfully I’ll have a few days to rest in between shows lol.

Looking good @remy

And Remy looks great....

Thank you both! Keep your fingers crossed for us.

Best of luck! Or break a leg?

Best of luck, and as always, make it fun!

I think as long as they are moving, romping around and having a good time, especially off leash walks, they aren't getting cold. It's when they have to be still for even just a little while they get cold. My observation on mine, anyway!

[Ravenbird]

One of my get-away-from-it-all hikes. It's pretty glorious to walk out my front door to this. I haven't been up this trail for a few years because it's steep and rocky, constantly looking at where to put your feet, but the views are worth it!

[MichiH]

It’s in the mid forties and the sun keeps peaking out. Took a long off leash hike, just what we both needed. Now this snow needs to go.

I have a bonus dog for the evening while her owner is being honored for being part of the city's business of the year, our local vet clinic! Her name is Roo, called Roocifer if she is being naughty, but she is being great here tonight.

[MichiH]

Sunny and snow is melting!

This is what happens when you have a dog that can open the doors.

It was a beautiful day and I was busy so I guess Riley decided he needed some fresh air.
