Judge this kibble and convince me to feed CFF

Hi guys! So I've always fed Dog Lovers Gold and would like to feed this to our future Dober. Would anyone take a look at the specifics for me and give me their opinion on it? Another great kibble that I know is Orijen, which is also cold pressed and high in meat but reeeaaally expensive.

Other recommendations are also welcome! I understand that in the end the most important thing is how the dog reacts to it. I'm still considering feeding complete fresh food as I fed my last staffy but I remember it being kind of a hassle with getting it out of the freezer on time and defrosting it in a good way and stuff.

The one that I fed was a complete fresh food but based on the BARF method, it had 70% meat 20% bone and 10% organs. It was 20 euros for 19 x 250 grams so it wasnt that expensive (it's called Darf Eko but I think they dont have an English website)...

I honestly dont have any freezer space nowwhich makes it difficult because I dont want to have to get a box every damn week. Since big dogs eat A LOT. I also cant remember the guidelines for feeding complete fresh food as to the ratio of grams of food per grams of bodyweight and age. Is there anyone who can convince me to buy another freezer and go for complete fresh food again?

Thank you for your honest opinion!

The ratio should be 70% muscle meat,
10% bone, 5% liver, 5% organ meat, 7% green vegetables, 3% fruit.
Puppies do well on raw but avoid feeding red meat starting out because it is sometimes too rich for their tummies.
There are much more qualified people to give information on raw feeding than me so hopefully they will chime in shortly.
Puppies need at least 3% of their optimum adult weight fed daily in 3 meals.

Looking at the ingredient list, I'd say no:
Dog Lovers Gold

The top 3 ingredients matter the most and should be named proteins. First ingredient contains "meal" which isn't good, the next 2 are filler starches, really not good. I did like that they had some good additions like echinacea and spirulina but they are tiny amounts. The amount of glucosamine and chondroitin is negligible and Dobes definitely need that.

I like that the protein level is below 28%. This seems to be a very important detail to avoid pano (growing pains) especially if you get a male. We fed Acana which is from Orijen and their formulas seem too rich for some Dobes. That was the case for our boy so we moved to premade frozen raw. Freezer space does become an issue.

Good that you're researching your options now. I did not know any of this back then or I would have tried another kibble first which is convenient, but the smaller, fewer poops on raw are pretty great plus he really loves to eat it.
