Inverted vulva??

So the vet today asked if Mischa licks at herself often and the answer was a resounding YES it drives me batty. Turns out she has a slightly inverted vulva, which I'm slightly familiar with from on here (@JanS?) Could this be a culprit of some of her accidents in the house/crate? He mentioned possibly doing a vulvaplasty if utis became frequent is that something j should consider even without the presence of utis?

Absolutely. The inverted vulva doesn't so much cause it (aside from them not being able to empty out) but it can cause lots of infections. Has Mischa had a heat or was she spayed before her first one? In most cases that will push it out and correct the problem.
I personally don't think I'd go for the vulvaplasty if it's just slightly inverted.

She had her first heat before we spayed her. She was about 15-16 months old when we had it done.

And man that makes so much sense... She pees like 3 times when were outside, I guess she can tell she hasnt fully emptied and tries to go again?

That's most likely it. They say it helps to clean them up with baby wipes after they've peed and I did do that with Della.
