Unresponsive? Is it just me but that doesn't sit well. Are they just busy, which is understandable. It just seems weird to not be responding. Forgive me if I'm reading too much into that.

I wondered about that too when it's the parent club of the breed asking and they are helping out with funding.
I'd bet money that these dogs aren't at the shelter. Unfortunately most shelters are full so most dogs are going to foster homes. I'm guessing the foster homes just hadn't gotten back to the shelter in time for the post.
Interesting that no donation is listed for HMDD even though they are mentioned as instrumental in the rescue effort earky on,
