Good food for working dog?! Help?!

Hello! So first of I’m in Germany so brands aren’t really going to help me much as even eukanuba etc. have different values etc then there! So, here’s my question/ problem!
My girl is finally a year old and I started switching her to the adult food of the brand I had! (Eukanuba Performance)
BUT she’s did not do good on it! The puppy was lamb and rice and even that one wasn’t the best (a lot of pooping and farting 🤦🏼‍♀️) but after trying 4 foods and this one not causing diarrhea or allergies i stuck with it!
So I’ve always fed eukanuba performance, but they changed sooo much here in the last year…anyways…she had allergies and diarrhea…health wise she’s fine, I had her checked as well and it’s simply the food. She’s allergic to food mites for one, which limits brand for dry food, and can’t eat gluten, chicken is also a no go, as well as a few others…anyways…I’ve finally found a food she’s good on… HOWEVER…she does not get enough energy from it…she is a active working dog! Like not lineage but shes a worked dog! (picture of current food value below)
SO! I was wondering, do any of you have any suggestions what I could possibly look for nutritional value wise?!
Possibly even an idea what I could add to the food for energy? (She also receives salmon oil and „Hanföl“ as well as yucca and ?grape seed oil? And another custom powder that’s like clay stuff I am not even going to try translating that..from vet and trainers advice/other issue/) after switching to this one her energy dropped,.,she’s tired quicker, uninterested in working, just overall pooped out aloooooot quicker! To before she had no issues walking 2h a day and filling up with 1h training (Daily) to now she’s tired half way through the walk… again she’s otherwise healthy.. but I am at loss…the protein value is decent but I know could or can be higher, carbohydrates and fat are pretty low in my opinion due to missing grain… but it’s very hard…I need a food that delivers energy to her yet doesn’t cause allergies or diarrhea…she’s very sensitive, wet food is a NOGO, and raw she can’t eat,..I did consider cooking however pls no suggestion on that I do not have the time, I am just looking for dry food, and what experiences you have?! If you have brands there suggestions are welcome and I can look at the values/ ingredients and find smth similar, however I need help, it’s very overwhelming 😭
So simple: she’s sensitive to alot, including chicken and gluten, has high energy need, has to be dry food. What can I feed or add?! What would I have to pay attention to nutritional value wise?! -and current food is not supplying enough „energy“
Thank you so much in advance :)

Interesting - I didn't realize that!

Here's a good article that sort of explains it. When she's sensitive to so many things it can be time consuming to eliminate all of them too.

You can learn all about pet foods on Susan Thixton web page. She looks at what ingredients are in pet foods. Sign up for recalls.

Mostly USA foods but some are international.

She also has a recommended List of pet foods that comes out every year it is $10
The 2022 List includes:

  • 19 Cat Foods

Twenty companies make a cooked pet food, twelve make raw, seven make freeze dried, and two make a kibble. (Many manufacturers make multiple styles.)

Some are available in independent pet foods stores; some are available direct from the manufacturer. Most of the foods have national (U.S.) distribution, six companies offer distribution in Canada (one company is exclusively sold in Canada), only two brands offer distribution outside of North America.

The 2022 List is a digital product (pdf) that will be emailed to you (download link in your receipt) immediately after purchase.
