Hi! I just joined - this is my first post
no pun intended
My Euro pup Winston is ~6 mos (27 weeks) and his ears are doing well! I am still doing full-time posts - around 5 mos the left ear was falling a bit after about a day or two out of posts, and he doesn't like only having one post in, which is why he's doing both.
I am hoping for some advice on the crease (? Pocket? Not sure what it is called!) that's about halfway down his ears on both sides (the left side is a bit more prominent). Is this normal creasing from when his ears are in "neutral" mode? Is there anything that I should be doing to prevent it? I of course don't mind at all if that's just how they're going to look, but figured I'd ask just in case. And if there is anything else it looks like I should be doing differently, please let me know! He is my first dobie and I am head over heels but despite almost a year of research before getting him (yes, I'm crazy
), I still feel very brand new and am still trying to learn as much as I can!
Some pictures below from this past weekend when he had his posts out for a full day with no falling (yay!), and a picture from when I picked him up just to show how dang tiny he was
(how has he grown so much!?!).
