DCM DNA test results

Hi,
New member here - just posted an intro.

Is anyone having problems contacting the vet labs doing the DCM DNA test please?

We have sent two batches to them, the first lot came back with most results (all negative fortunately) but one, which was on the 27 Oct and despite messages, I haven't managed to raise them by phone or mail since. The initial results are also very slow going up on the public list - we naturally opted for full disclosure.

Feeling a bit isolated across the pond and would very much appreciate any local information.

Jay - I am sure with the thanksgiving holidays here that everything is slow right now. Things should settle down this week and get back to normal for a couple weeks before Christmas hits us again. Congrats on the neg results!!!

Jay are you emailing Amy? I've have had pretty good response using this email address "Waltenburg, Amy" <[email protected]> and a friend of mine has had very good success by calling this number and asking for Amy 509-335-6038

Our results took about two and a half weeks but we had no problems here in Az.

In the back of my mind I had something about Thanksgiving - only one of your biggest events - sorry!
We had our first results back in a couple of weeks - yes Amy has usually been prompt on replies, but they seem to have forgotten one from that bunch.
Is everyone back to work tomorrow?
