Anyone familiar with this "Doberman Guy?"

@Oh Little Oji .... during the warmer weather I have two of those plastic kid pools out side for drinking and even they lose water due to the "Dobe" drinking habits...we can't win

Does Grace get in the pools? Buddy will NOT. SMH Silly boy. Doesn't he know how nice it is on a hot summer day??

Grace marches to a different beat....when thirsty she walks into the pool and drinks...bringing grass, dirt and dust and what ever else is on her feet right into the drinking water....last summer she never took a "swim"... go figure!

Our dogs won't drink out of anything but their water bowls and sometimes I'm very thankful for that. When Atti and Demelza come over they're lapping down icky swamp water on walks and that can't be good for them.
Even travelling I have to bring one of their regular stainless bowls because they won't drink from anything else.

Kaiser started off like that too. Never wanting to step in water. Try luring him. At a friends house, she used a bone toy and put it in the pool. K wanted it so he put his mouth in to get it. He came back out right away but she said to build on it slowly and to work his curiosity. The kiddie pools were all sold out by that time but this summer I'll be quick to get one and will try again with ball toys. Still not sure if he would lay in it but who knows?
