AJ and I had a great time at the AKC Rally National Championship in Wilmington, Ohio. If you ever get a chance to go to a National, I recommend it. Unfortunately, I was too sick to fully enjoy the Obedience Classic in December. I made up for it at the Rally Championships. I met many old and brand new friends there. I was very surprised when my wife said she'd like to do it again.
AJ was a hit even at the hotel. As we were checking out, the desk clerk said she heard so much about AJ from the other workers and she was pleased to finally meet him. AJ is a lady's man and he really sucks up to women!
There were three runs in the trial. The first run AJ got an 88. He lost ten points due to my handling error. His second run he got a 96 and his third run he got 98. His total was 281 out of 300, which placed him 95 out of the 192 entries.
