No I don't. The mother was a red, the father I was shown was black and tan. Both completely normal. Maybe my guy is just a throwback to the originals? ;) They were hairy, almost all black, and snipey.

I'll get a pick of his tail tomorrow. Almost as big around as a Redbull can. And the long hair that is wavy on his spine. I'm not sure if any of it will change as he grows, his legs are long and gangly right now, but I hope it does.

Sheesh. I should post a pic of my puppy. He's turning out to be....."interesting". VERY long hair, small lower jaw, no rust markings except his B-hole area, huge tail, etc.... He was not the pic of the litter for sure! ;)

I'm boarding my little guy with a trainer when I leave for 2 weeks later this month. He'll get constant supervision, socialization, and excellent training. It's a win-win and we don't even need to clean our house!

Same here, even though we are on top of one of the largest supplies of free sand in the nation.......Stupid Michigan. In Alaska all the roads were covered in gravel. Free, and doesn't destroy your car.

Cold morning today. Temp was 7, winchill was -8. Vader didn't care! Checking out the "hippy tree", no hippies there today! Lots of nice snow, and we had the forest all to ourselves.

That's what my vet said too. I hope he stops around 80lbs or so, I want him to live a nice long life.

I met the trainer yesterday with Vader. She was very impressive. She's not going to be using an e-collar, that would be an option further down the road. I'm pretty excited for him to be doing this instead of sitting in a cage all day at a kennel. Plus he'll be getting to socialize with her Mals...
