I lived in Colorado for about 10 years but I didn't have long views like that from my place. That's really spectacular!Brio on our walk a couple weeks ago,
Thank you! He is my first show dog (and first Doberman) so it’s been a learning process, but I think we’re finally getting somewhere!
That’s really neat!Favorite rest stop outside Las Cruces - the giant roadrunner sculpture made entirely of trash!

Thanks! We are in SW CO, not far from the NM border. Were you on the Front Range?I lived in Colorado for about 10 years but I didn't have long views like that from my place. That's really spectacular!
Yes, South of Castle Rock. Before it became one continuous city from Castle Rock to Denver. I think the area in the SW corner of Colorado is my favorite. Use to drive through that way from Santa Fe to Moab to Elko, NV. Every single time I drove through I thought I should look for a place to live in that area. Were you on the Front Range?
I think it's the prettiest area of Colorado, and probably the least known. I tell a Front Ranger that we live in Chromo and they say "whut?" When we had to drive to Denver in late March to take my husband to Pres/St. Luke's, they were waiting for us to get up there and they had no concept of how far away we were (7 hrs drive) and still in the state of Colorado. I think most people on the Front Range think the state ends west of Aspen and Breckenridge.Yes, South of Castle Rock. Before it became one continuous city from Castle Rock to Denver.
