Is breeder reputable

I’m looking to buy a puppy from Best Breed Dobermans in Texas. Has anyone heard of this breeder?

I haven't. I will google it in a little while though. That's about all I can do. Welcome, by the way!

I would start with DPCA.org. Go to The Doberman drop down menu and select, Find a Breeder. You have to click "Accept" at the bottom of the page and then you can search by state for breeders associated with DPCA. That being said, you should still do your due diligence to make sure there aren't any red flags but it's a starting point! That's also not to say that a breeder that isn't on this list isn't a reputable breeder.

Breeders are often very busy so when/if you reach out to any, I would be concise but specific about what you're looking for and your history with Dobermans!

If this is the one youre talking about I wouldnt even consider them. You cant get a quality Doberman for $650. They have lots of pics of white Dobermans. Seems like more of a broker than a breeder from what I read on the website

I can't find any sire/dam info, pedigrees or health testing on their website. With Albino puppies listed, I would recommend you keep looking for an ethical breeder.

Best Breed Dobermans with Albino Doberman pictures!

Anytime you see "Albino Doberman", or no health testing info, no lineage, a scarcity of info...run away from that breeder as fast as you can!

Sounds like a Broker like PuppySpot. PuppySpot they are asking $5000 for Dobermans!
Just this one the mom weighs up to 95# and Dad is 120-130# This is not a Normal Standard for a Doberman! RUN RUN RUN away.

I like to send them an email and ask lots of questions! They are a BROKER!

Maybe contact a local Doberman Club for info.

First start with asking are the Sire and Dam Health Tested?
Such as with Embark Vet or UC Davis they do DNA Testing.
Heart Echos and 24 Hr Holters on both Sire and Dam.
Hips and Elbow x rays on both Sire and Dam
Both tested for vWD, Thyroid, Eyes
Complete Blood Panel and Chemistries.
And make them show you all the testing!
Also find someone who knows Pedigrees.

I would avoid this breeder at all costs.

Laural is in Texas, Omnia Paratus Dobermans. If she is still breeding, I would recommend her.

Bogie and Bacall came from Tx but definitely not this breeder. I would avoid this breeder because there are red flags all over it.

I got Legend in Florida from Providence Dobermans.
Tammy is great and really cares about her Dobermans.
She doesn’t allow them to go to their new homes until they are at least 10 weeks old and ears are healed and ready to post.

I know Laural and had a granddaughter to her site Solomon sone years ago. Laural is great, very nice person.

Hi I got a male from her October 2023 litter as well I received him in November. I have not received any of his documents like Laurel said. Have you? She totally disappeared on me.

She scammed me never received paperwork. Don’t do it. Spend 4300 with her didn’t receive any paperwork
