Had my first work trip since March 2020 this week! This pretty lady was walking around MSY Airport in New Orleans and had a Pet Me vest on. People were more than happy to oblige!

No.... I landed at 4p on Wednesday and left at 4p Thursday. The plant I visited was a little over 2 hours away. My work travel is usually land, drive, rot in a hotel room for the night, audit, drive, and leave. Flight times seemed to have less options, as well. I'm sure still in response to people just traveling less, overall. That being said, both my flights were totally booked and every seat full. We did get to spend New Years in NOLA a few years back and had a GREAT time, though!

She was so tickled to have a new sucky. I don't think she wanted me to take it or anything (I wasn't going to, leaned down to take a pic) but you never know! Lol. It's so funny how they can make big round eyes and serious narrow eyes depending on the situation.

I dont have a pic but I wanted to share; I was so proud of Skynyrd today. I went out to bring the trash can in and let Skynyrd out with me. No collar or anything on him (my bad there). Of course at that time a lady pushing a stroller and walking her dog was coming around the corner. The dog barked and Skynyrd took off across the yard towards them. I yelled "Skynyrd come" and he just circled around the yard and came right back to me. Reluctantly, but he did. The other dog (beagle) kept barking and Skynyrd's hair was all raised but he stayed by my side all the way up the driveway and into the backyard. I was so proud ( and relieved)!
