Doberman Nationals start next week in Wichita KS. Anyone going?
Yea, this is the biggest UDC National as IGP-3 entries are concerned. At least in over a decade. Praying for cool weather. Blaze as had heat stroke twice so I will have to pull him if it gets to hot. If I could only teach him to be calm He is just too intense all the time.I actually considered - LOL for a few hours - driving the 850 miles so I could finally see a big competition in person, but I came to my senses. The lineup for IGP3 would be worth it to watch though! Wishing you the best of luck with Blaze! Big yes on sharing photos/videos!
That’s funny, wonder whyBlaze looks good, as always!
LOL, when you quoted my post it says @Kaiser2016 said it. That's about weird!
Come on, that’s only like 12 hours.Imagine my surprise when I thought I had considered driving 850 miles!

LOL, for me flying to watch it is the only option so it's only a few minutes to the airport and a few hours to the destination.Imagine my surprise when I thought I had considered driving 850 miles!
Curious, since you are devoted to the sport, why you weren't a member of UDC? Also if I got a scorecard through UDC, I could compete in DVG with that card, but with the UScA mess, those trials don't transfer? I'm looking at a club in AZ that I can join either DVG or UScA as a parent club.Just been going to AWDF Nationals and DVG Nationals. Just rejoined UDC a couple years ago
That is really strange and I don't have an explanation for it.But @JanS - when Eric quoted my sentence how did it come up with Kaisers name on it??? It's weird.
Blaze was out of control in obedience and we didn’t pass scoring just 60 points. We did pass protection but again he was outbid control and we lost lots of points due to me giving extra commands to keep control. He was Pronounced in protection just low score due to obedience issues. He passed the WAE with ease on Friday as well. Finished off with tracking on Saturday with a 91. So finished strong. Here is a video of our protection shit show I took from my TV.Looking forward to hearing from @Doberman Gang, but in the meanwhile I'll say that Ashas full sister (but from a different litter) did achieve her ATT, WAE & her BH plus Reserve Winners Bitch. She's about 9 months older than Asha, so a little over 2 years old. Working at one day following those footsteps. At least we're working with a club now...
