Torbot alternative ?

I’m trying to cup my Doberman puppies ears since the vets did not his second day post op, is there an alternative glue that would be okay to use other than torbot temporarily? No where near me has it in store right now.

I've always had to order it after our local health supply store stopped carrying it. You can honestly get by letting them hang until the stitches are out and they are healed enough to start regular posting.

They don't necessarily have to be glued while they are healing until the stitches are out. It is mostly nice to have them glued to let the edges be exposed to the air and keep them from flapping their ears hard when they shake and avoid hematomas. Is he shaking his head a lot? Did the vet send him home with pain meds to help lessen the shaking?
