I don't live in Denver, but there are State and Federal laws on allowing access with a service dog. I had to fight where I am living now to keep Zoey (they don't allow Dobermans, pitbulls, Mastiffs as well as several other breeds) went through The Equal Opportunity Commission here for help, and won. Colorado Assistance Animal/Guide Dog Laws unless I'm misunderstanding it, the breed of service dog doesn't matter, they are supposed to be allowed no matter what..the only thing that would exclude them would be if they were not behaving the way they are supposed to...maybe I found an outdated article? I really think it's ridiculous to breed ban.
