Norris got a call last night that Stella, the bulldog he had from a previous relationship, had passed. He didn't get too much information but apparently her abdomen got really swollen and her breathing labored but the vet couldn't do anything. She turned 9 in October.

It's been probably 3 or more years since we've seen her (which was kinda of a sh*tty thing to do to Norris but I understand wanting to move on) but she was great with both Tobie and Rubie. Not a breed that fit our active lifestyle but she was a very sweet dog and a real crowd pleaser :sorrow:

Run free sweet Stella, all your friends are waiting over the bridge for you. You will never be alone.

You all are so kind  Norris is obviously pretty upset about her passing, especially since she's always been a really healthy bulldog. The last time we saw her we knew it would be the last time but still always wanted to her to have a long and healthy life.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Definitely not the athletic power house a Doberman is but you can tell she liked her dobie friends. RIP Stella.
