You see a wooden balance beam, I see a makeshift obstacle course 🤣 That was my first time asking him to crawl under something and he did pretty good. He’s usually down to try anything!

His booty barely fitting under there and he's like "oh!" when it touches the bar

I love the creativity! One of the training facilities in our "area" does city walks called "Trek n Train" where they visit different urban areas and take advantage of obstacles like this to work on obedience! Pretty fun.

That sounds cool! I’ll have to make my own version lol.

Not both at the same time, looks like? LOL, maybe too much for all involved to do that. I'll bet they'd love to run with you on a regular basis!

no, they each go at very different speeds lol but they both happily trotted along! I was prepared to stop every 10 feet but they each only stopped a couple of times! Moo fell a little behind the last couple blocks but Rubie pulled me right along the whole time!

I think Moose is in the middle between Rubie and my Zephyr. Zephyr runs behind me

I recently used "measure distance" on the google maps to measure our loop and found out it's 1.3 miles. It includes a big 2-part hill near the end (I gotta get credit for that). I'm used to Oji pulling me the entire time, which includes helping me up the hill I must admit. Zeph trots along reluctantly behind me and a bit off to the side. I'm glad I have started running him young, else he might become one of those "Don't run him any farther than you can carry him back" dogs.

Maybe I'll try to video him one day soon.

We'd love to see more of Zephyr! Are you biking or running? I recall you use to bike with the Dobermans.

I'm usually walking around with treats in my pocket and once in awhile when I'm out in the barn and tending to the horses, I'll play different games with Kali just for fun. I started taking these little tiny treats, smaller than a pencil eraser and throwing them in the barn and making her find them. Most of the time I did it at night where it was somewhat dark in the barn making it even harder. Sometimes she would have a hard time finding it but she would keep looking!

So the other morning when I went out I decided to do a little video of it.

Look at her using her little nose! What fun for her!! Good job momma!

My mom loves to hide blueberries around the house for Abbey, their golden retriever. At 10 years old, Abbey has gotten really good at the scent of a blueberry!! I should try to upload her video on FB to YouTube so I can share here.
