Max my new puppy

I don’t mean any disrespect @madmoe or to stereotype any region/people around the world……but Ive seen some pictures and read some post of Dobermans around that part of the world. It seems as if their Doberman’s were scrawny and malnourished or of poor genetic breeding. I try to not be negative to anyone’s Doberman but always wondered if that has anything to do with different options of food or is it a cultural difference?

-Is it difficult to get quality dog food there?
-How available or accessible is a good quality Doberman breeder that is well know?
-How common is it to see a Doberman in your area?

My statement of “Your pup looks very solid” meaning strong and healthy.
