Looking for low protein diet

Hello so as many of you know Brooke needs a low protein diet due to her liver and I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas that I have not come up with yet. She is being VERY picky and it’s to the point that she won’t eat anything but really chicken 🤦‍♂️.. now before everyone starts saying ask you vet about it and stuff go read the other posts..we tried the Hills and Royal liver foods dry and can style.. she really likes her food fresh and we’re trying to make the meals but she hates sweet potato rice oatmeal pumpkin and if it goes in her bowl she won’t even touch anything else that she likes.. just trying to see if anyone had made a meal that was like low protein but I have been reading a lot of books so I might get something out of that.

I wish I could help but thankfully we haven't had to look into it. If she will eat chicken it's a good start but I know she needs more than meat alone.

This is a quick list I came up with, but it's all meat.
Types of Low-Protein Meats
  • Chicken Breast.
  • Chicken breast is a lean meat option that is low in protein. ...
  • Turkey.
  • Turkey is another low-protein meat option that is rich in flavor. ...
  • Fish.
  • Many types of fish, such as cod, haddock, and sole, are low in protein. ...
  • Pork Tenderloin.

Can't remember if I mentioned this in your other threads, but FB has some groups with specialty diets. Search for 'dog liver diet' and some options should come up. How is Brooke doing now?
