I would like this Padded Collar in orange fluorescent for Buddy. I measured his neck and it was 18". I have a pic of when I measured his neck for a True Collar from Ingrid and it was 19". He may have lost some weight, I dunno. In any event, what size would you suggest??

The two biggest sizes are 16"-20" and 18"-22". He could probably fit either so it depends on what you prefer in regards to it being adjusted all the way in or in the middle/further out.
