Took a couple new pictures of Hope. She will be 11 in under three months.

:woot:Great looking lady!! 11 years old is wonderful! Ouch, on the accident, wow, that had to be something! How do you keep a dog down, comfortable and occupied with that!

She is such a sweet looking lady. Reminds me a lot of my old girl, Pansi. She was one of those regal old girls too. Lived to be almost 15. Hope you have many more wonderful years together. :) She really looks great.

She is a very intelligent dog, so she kept her self still. She couldn't move at all for about 6 days then was able to get up to go potty. But she moved as little as possible until she healed. She is very calm and level headed so that helps. However, 6 wks after her accident she was running around like nothing happend. She received a ton of prayers from everyone who knew her. She is loved and adored by lots of people. The vets wanted us to call in a specialist and do multiple 3-4,000 dollar each serguries to reconstruct everything. We just took her home, prayed for her and let her heal and she is getting around a lot better than the vets said she would even after the serguries. So is pretty amazing everytime I see her running around and playing with my young dogs!

Just noticed this post from 5 years ago, Hope lived another year and passed away at age 12. My dad happened to come out with his horses only a week or so before she passed, so I took pictures. One of them you can see her out ahead of the horses running! She was doing so well up until she passed! She had many titles in obedience, rally, agility, and was also a certified therapy dog.
