Rip and I also had success last week! We received our rally novice score back of 92 for her third and final Q for our 
Rally Novice Obedience (RN) title!!
Just now getting around to posting about it after a busy week of prepping for show and tending to baby chicks.
Ripley stopped right at a sign to bite/itch her back so I opted to lose points by retrying the sign instead of throwing it away. Since I did all 3 Qs virtually, each a month apart to see feedback on how I scored, I wanted to stay true to myself and our training by running the course as if I were at a trial by not redoing any courses. Really happy with my scores staying above 90 as competitors all agree, the judge's pencils seem to be sharp for virtual entries, they can after all, go back and rewatch it as much as they want! I did get one junk score, still passed, because I miss stepped with the wrong foot and got an "incorrectly performed sign". I was so bummed about the score because I remember being so happy with the performance; Ripley did flawless and was so in tune with me. I'm ok with it now though. You live and learn and that's what the experience is all about for us.
I hope to finish her Rally Intermediate this year then play in Rally in UKC to warm up to trialing in person

I was so worried about that happening again... but Ripley, shes such a blessing. 
I can't remember if I asked before but is your husband going to trial with Kaiser?
My hb was signed up to trial when covid hit and that has impacted a lot of club activities. They were hoping to trial again in spring, but we still had lockdowns. Now we're in a heatwave for the first time ever and Kaiser does not do well in the heat. If we wait till fall, the weather may not cool down enough, but we might also run into the next lockdowns at that point. Too many variables to say for sure.
