    Bumps on Dobie Tail

    Family, my Doberman is now 2 years and 7 months. Today I noticed him chasing his tail in an uncomfortable manner. I checked tail and noticed the bumps in attached photos. It’sa but weird cause it’s right where his tail was once cropped. Does anyone know what it may be???
