Lump on paw (infection?)

Hi I was going to start clipping my Dobermans nails and I noticed this lump on his paw. I’m assuming he got it from licking a cut he had? And possibly turned into an infection. Not 100% sure but I’m wondering has anyone experienced this. Going to take him to the vet tomorrow morning to get it...
