Lunging and biting

My 8 month old Bandit has never liked bikes and joggers but as he gets bigger he gets worse with it. He lunges and tries to break free and recently there have been 2 biting incidents. Not serious but a bite is a bite and when its from a Doberman it gets noticed. Just bought him a muzzle today...
