bad ear

Hello I got a problem :/ my puppy is almost 9 month now and his left ears make problems. Always if he concentrate or use his muscles the ear goes to middle and stays very diagonally. Also to tip ( 1/3 of the uppers part of the ear) is almost really soft and wiggly. It is mostly layed in the...
