Hmmm.....I take my puppy to an empty field next to our house 2-3 times per day to let him run all of his energy out. We play chase. Also he really enjoys walks around my neighborhood now, about 1 mile. I never thought anything that he would want to do would be harmful. My last dog was the...
Yeah, just about double from when we picked him up 02 November. My neighbor thinks he'll be 90lbs, I'm hoping closer to 80 but not much over. I want him to have a long life. His parents are both over 90 though :(
Thanks. He's doing great! He shook his head a few times, then it's like his ears don't exist. I think he's really happy being out of the cone of shame!
Both vets said his ears were looking great while they were in stitches.
Today he had his stitches removed and is in his first posts. I took about 30 blurry pics, but there was one semi- good one that kinda makes me all soft inside. He's having fun playing!
Yes, he's in a cone. No cup or shriner hat. The surgeon put 3 stitches in his ears to hold them together over his head, they will be removed in 3 days. He'll be in a cone for 10 days until the other stitches come out, then he'll be posted.
Here are some pics. Sooooo many blurry ones!
The crop surgery went well, he's home now. I tried, and my wife tried to get some pics but he wouldn't stop moving long enough! The vet said he'd be laid out all day from the drugs.....pffff! He's running around like normal!
I'll get some more pics soon, but he's in a cone right now ;0. I've just been taking around my neighborhood so far. I'm going to wait until he's had his next round of shots before taking him anywhere else.
