Yea some Dobermans ear will relax there but perk up when alert and the older they get, they will be up more. Depends on the dog, the crop length and thickness of the ear leather.

It sure without pics but some Dobermans will have what I call airplane ears when they are relaxed or running but they will be up when alert.

I would just monitor her if she is eating and going to the bathroom she will probably just pass it. If she starts looking lethargic or not feeling well laying around all the time. Stops eating and can’t poop you need to get her to the vet ASAP.
