I've had it for several years and used it yesterday. It picked up a bunch of cool birds but they apparently changed it and now it won't let me go back to my own recordings on any given day.
As much as I'm not a squirrel fan, this guy was looking tired and elderly just trying to bask in the sun on the deck so I didn't have the dogs chase him away.
And the fox kits have been coming to clean up bird feeder remnants under the deck so I grabbed a couple photos this morning.

We used to add a little bit of topper but haven't been lately. They say straight dry kibble takes a lot of water for the dog to absorb it and digest it so a little wet topper helps that a lot. Some people even soak the dry kibble to help with that but I haven't been doing it.

Yes, in many cases a breeder will hold back a male as a breeding prospect but change their mind as they mature so that might be a good option. Or many breeders will retire a female at about 4 years and sell them to a good home.
