Is that what gives them the sneezes?!?! Zeus does it all the time before/after play time... I think it's the funniest thing in the world!!!:spit:
And the gallop..not just down the hall...ALL OVER!!!
Forget walking .. I can't even get up off the couch or re-adjust my butt without them up on all 4's whining, pacing, standing by the door and staring into my soul....
Little different of a situation but long story short...
We originally got Zeus(m) and Moxy(f) (litter mates) at the beginning. Moxy became overly aggressive! To a point where she was actively seeking Zeus out to attack him. We ended up giving her to a close friend that was looking for a dobe...
Zeus was right around 2 before we started leaving him out. I started with 1st leaving him out at night...all he ever did was jump up on the couch next to our rescue and sleep..so figured what's the harm. From that I'm guessing it was about 3-4 weeks until we started leaving him "free roam"...
She is adorable and her ears look great!! I however posted through about 9/10 months to be positive he was through teething. To me she's looks fine and I've always thought better to be lean than overweight.
Welcome from Michigan!!
I agree, hope the vet can determine the cause and it's something simple like a food switch.
We had a rottie pup growing up that developed seizures and vet couldn't figure it out. At the time just gave my parents vallum(sp?) To put up his butt Every one he had was a grand Mal...was terrible...
I thank you for this. When we originally had them both as puppies I read a bunch from this site as well as things I researched myself. I totally agree it's a real thing and something I'm working to never have to witness first hand.
Vet visit went good for her. She thinks Mox may have some sort...
Side note... Moxy's one ear is flopped and I'm assuming has been for some time. She is a little over 2 yrs old...guys think there is any hope?? Thought about just giving it a whirl but didn't want to put her through added stress if it would be pointless.
She can hold them both up when she...
I agree!! I was able to get the time off work and everything kind of played right out for it to happen. The Chicago traffic wasn't even that bad surprisingly, but I've been beating myself up about it since we found out. The wife keeps reminding me that it's not something anyone of us thought...
Not sure on exact timeline but they were around 7 weeks, I know earlier than what is the norm. Think I may have had a typo up there somewhere... was still typing with vengeance!!
Edit: There was some weeks that went by between the puppies coming and her landlord finding out. Whoooops...kinda...
Been quite some time since I posted an update but this one was worthy of one.
To make a long story short the "friend" we gave Zeus sister "Moxy" to stopped caring for her and watching after her. He even had the balls to drop her off to his pregnant ex-fiance whom is 8 months along. On top of...
Zeus is a little over 2 yrs now and he has finally started keeping weight on. I felt like he went through periods of looking thin and ribs started showing. When I would notice this I would usually add a cup to each feeding. Would also give him some extra apples and carrots at treat times...
