Lost our molars last weekend and now our first canine tooth last night! The ears are fighting those teeth 😆
Update: He lost all 4 canine teeth and 3 molars all in one week... I'll have to check but I think he has lost all of his puppy teeth already. Jeez! No wonder his ears are all wonky at the tips when they are out 😁. I don't remember Ripley losing hers this soon or as fast and her ears were down a lot more than his with dog shows and all the swimming she did.

I was checking Elroy this morning and I think he has one loose canine and on molar left and it was fast for him too. I haven't found a single one yet though so he's probably losing them when he's out messing around in the yard.

Looks like Revel didn't gain much weight. It was on the vet scale so might be a matter of difference between the two scales. He is also a little thinner and I was about to increase his food but we think we're dealing with Pano with him so trying to keep him lean/growing slow.

Woops, my husband corrected me. I put the wrong weight lol. That makes me feel a little better than him not gaining anything for 11 days.

I agree with your hunch of staying slim while growing. So much more can go wrong with faster growth than slower growth! And unless it's drastic starvation, it will all be the same in the end anyway! MHO, anyway.

I had one from the current pair that did that with same ear.

I lost count of all the strips I used on that one ear trying to keep it up and how much longer (months) I spent on that one ear than all of the others.

She could pick it up just fine 'when she felt like it' -

In hindsight I honestly believe that dog was messing with me to get more attention. :)

There is more to posting than just tape and backers in my opinion.

Breeders daughter used to comment every time I saw her when they were puppies about how big they were going to be. 'OMG -Look at those feet! They are going to be HUGE!' sort of stuff. :)

I pretty much laughed that off as nonsense. Seriously? You are looking at the 'feet' on a pair of puppies and going to predict how big they will be as adults? Sure... :)

Granted, Dystopia is a fat ass and a LOT more physical activity would do her a world of good but -

Her sister, Patience is not near the same in appearance (much leaner looking everywhere) and much, much more active yet still -

I actually got scared thinking he was getting a bit fat, asked the vet (yet again) she said he looks just fine. Guess he's just bulking up, which I find strange considering he's eating much less than he used to.

I'm just going to go by you and subtract a couple pounds since that's where Elroy seems to stay with Revel's growth. He's just getting too hard to lift and hold on the bathroom scale these days.
